  • Yes you read that correctly, I said homework. We have created a weekly sheet where your tasks will be listed, and you get to check them off each and every day. At the end of the week, we will come together and discuss what went well, what you didn’t like, and what we can improve for you going forward

  • There will be 2 calls per week to check in on progress, celebrate your achievements, and provide more information about the coming weeks

  • If you completed your daily and weekly tasks, you will see noticeable improvements in multiple streams of your life, but mostly the 1-2 that you wanted to focus on. And of course, you can continue to work with us afterwards for as long as you'd like!
