Welcome to Spice Of Life Wellness!

Hello! My name is Kyle Spicer, and I am the founder of Spice Of Life Wellness. I created this company with a single mission: To improve the lives of the everyday person by setting achievable goals, and creating systems in order to permanently take control of your daily habits and routines. Now I get it, it’s a bit of a run-off sentence, but work with me here. I have a burning desire to help those who want to help themselves, but as passionate as I am to want to help you, you must be equally prepared to help yourself.

You are likely reading this because someone or something has sparked your interest and you are contemplating change. I get it, change is uncomfortable, the new you will be better than the current you, yet you still hold on. Why? Because it is comfortable. You have no idea what you will experience down the path to achieving Better You. You will learn a lot about yourself, about why we do the things that we do, and most importantly, you will learn how to do it on your own for the rest of your life.
